From billing to activation, here’s what most customers ask us first.

 

 

  • What happens after my trial? You’ll be automatically upgraded to a paid plan and charged based on your subscription choice.
  • Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Manage through our billing portal or submit a support ticket here.
  • Do I need an activation key? Yes. You’ll receive a 24-digit key once you become a paying customer. Enter it with the hyphens included.
  • Can I use VODIUM on multiple devices? Yes. One license can activate on both Mac and PC.
  • Why won't VODIUM open when my key is entered? Make sure you have access to the internet so our server can confirm your license key. Our app may be blocked by a personal or corporate firewall. Submit a support ticket if the problem persists. 
  • Does VODIUM store my data? We don't store any of your text or scripts. All of that is stored locally on your computer.
