MANAGING YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To access and manage your VODIUM subscription, there are a few steps we want to walk you through.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO UPDATE?
MANAGE PAYMENT
To access your subscription's payment information, access payment details through our payment processor, Stripe.
Enter the email associated with your subscription and confirm it in your inbox. Then, you will be able to access your information.
You can update your payment information, download a receipt, or cancel the subscription. If you cancel your subscription but may use the app in the future, you must go through the Buy Now user flow. You will be given a new Activation Key.
ACTIVATION KEY
To access your Activation Key, access our web portal to control your subscription's license.
Your 24-digit Activation Key is your license to access VODIUM beyond the seven-day trial. Copy and paste the key exactly as you see it, including the hyphens. Enter it in Activation Info and hit activate.
The Activation Key can be used on up to three computers. The download link for VODIUM on other devices can be found here.
